visiting the grandkids

I am having a great time with the grandkids and have maintained my walking with Meg and sometimes Kyle and the kids. Eating hasn't been so great but I am getting back on track today. It's really nice to see my old home town and its growth. Will report back next week, everyone have a great Easter.
