Week Two

Sunday: 4 mile wog with the Lori's-done
Monday: 2 mile wog with Ernie -done
Tuesday: 2 mile wog with Lori Q -done
Wednesday: roller blade with Lori E -done
Thursday: 4 mile wog with Lori Q & Lori E -done
Friday: 2 mile walk with Ernie-not done took the day off
Saturday and Sunday I will be away and will make arrangements to walk one day and rest one day.
My trainer Lori Q says we will keep the 1-2 minutes and 5-2 reps this week again then look at moving up next week. We did the River (4 mile) wog on Sunday and we did our 7 reps then we did the 4 minute jog across the bridge, very hard for some reason, but once I am done I feel such a rush! I can't imagine what crossing a finish line will feel like.

According to Zest magazine, you are supposed to rest every third day, so this maybe why you are finding some tasks too hard.
Try not to over do things otherwise you may start to hate it belive me I know that is why we gave it up last year.

Still proud of my shrinking friend!!

I know Lori says rest between and I agree but I'm not running yet, we just wog, it's like fast walking and only a minute at a time, except for our river walk where we jog for 4 minutes. I will rest in between when we increase the time and length, because then I will need to!

You will feel absolutely brilliant when you finish and you will be amased that you run the last bit, believe me you will I think it has something to do with seeing that finishing line.

Keep it going

I know, when we are doing the last set it feels easier because I know I'm done after this one. Or the jog across the bridge, when you see the end it seems easier!
