Lori E and I are doing a 10km trial run today, it's 4:30am and I am about to leave, wish me luck! On a personal note, Lori Q leaves tomorrow to get married to her dream man, congrats! and my son has his convocation today, he is offically a teacher. He already is teaching in a temporary position until the end of June, Congrats Ry, well done!
Ok we only did the 6.4km many problems this morning, no car so I was late, Lori played ball and was very stiff, but we did increase both our jogging time up to 40 minutes and our sets up to 7 minutes. Plus I feel fantastic! I will do the 10km on Sunday with, I hope, Ryan or Ernie.

Sorry to disappoint, it was a baddddddd start but the start was over and we had a great jog! I never thought I'd ever be able to jog for 7 minutes and 5 times with 3 minutes between the second last one is only 5 minutes to equal 40 in total. I can't wait until Sunday when we try the 10km, I really want to know what to expect. Otherwise I really do feel great.
How are things on your end of the world?
Ryan is committed to Australia for this year then who knows!
