week 5 of 9

Getting a slow start this week, but plans go as follows:
Monday: off
Tuesday: 2 mile walk with Ernie and Dakota
Wednesday: 4 mile wog with Lori E -OK new record, Lori E and I wogged, almost jogged. We ran 25 minutes, again not all at once but through out the 4 mile run. My best prior to this was 18 minutes!
Thursday: 2 mile walk with Dakota and Ryan, yes the boychild joined me for a bit of the walk, he was out jogging anyway!
Friday: 4 mile wog with Lori Q at 5am! we did 25 minutes again, yahoooo. I will talk to Q and see about going to 30 next week just to keep increasing the time, the 10kl is in 4 weeks, and I'd like to be doing 40-50mintues by then.
Sat and Sun will wog one day and walk one day
In two weeks (week of the 19th) Lori E and I (and maybe Q)plan to try a 10kl she has a marked trail we will take and we will time ourselves to see how we are doing! I am very excited and looking forward to it, I know I can't jog the entire trail but I am jogging more and more.

10k eh!!

Yes I have done 10k a couple of years ago, when I was really fit, i think we did it in 1 hour 20
Boy it felt good when we finished

I know I can't do 1:20, I am aiming to hit under 2 hours, right now that I'll be happy with. I'll let you know a time when we do it!

Wow you really are putting me to shame, I haven't done anything for weeks.

Bye the way I have lost 5 pound this week amasing what stress does!!

How are the knee's holding out.

Knees are good, have figured out that I should only wog 2 - 3 times a week and walk the other days, much easier on the knees.

5 pounds Way To Go! I can't wait to get there and see you, I am so excited!

We left a message on your face book last night, finally got something working at home but it back to normal this morning.

Dave just couldn't believe that you posted the photo of him in that silly hat!!

Things much the same, Dad still in London, his sight is a bit hit and miss but without it sounding callous, I just hope he doen't suffer for to long.

We did 25 minutes yesterday!!! I am soo proud of us! I celebrated by buying myself a huge flat of strawberries..yum! I look forward to our practice 10. Keep up the good work! You have come a long way ,Baby!
