Post 10KM

Well it's done and over, the 10km that is. I am so glad we did it, I really thought all the way up to it that I should have signed up for the 5km, but it wasn't that bad. I really encourage anyone here in the city to do the Bridge City Boogie, it was a rush! The volunteers, the musicians and singers, I have never had so much fun sweating! Lori E and I ran the race together and enjoyed a good conversation and a lot of high moments, like seeing the 6km sign lol, (you had to be there). Lori found her well for the last lap and ran her heart out, me I went the same speed, again I am the turtle. If you ladies invite me back next year I would be glad to do it again, this time with Lori M (Q) with us!

Yes, get use to it Lori Q is now Lori M. My trainer, Lori Q got married and is right now honeymooning in New Zealand with her husband Rob. Congrats!

See told you once you get to 1/2 way, you land up just going for it.

My are you going to be busy next year, what with the marathon, then the 10km.
There again after the marathon the 10 km should be a breeze!!

Bye the way Dave wrote his own blogg, yes we are live at home!!
Getting clever now isn't he, not only can he turn it on, he knows how to log on as himself!!
