Tuesday Done!
We did up Tuesday right too! Meg, Dakota and I! Went 3km right now we are speed walking just until next week when we will start back with the minutes walking and minutes jogging. Got take baby steps to get back into it. No I haven't been out of it that long, but to prevent an injury I will take it slow and steady. Tomorrow is weight day, where I work out with weights, I will try to talk Ernie into walking with me in the evening, but he has been quite busy with his new job so will have to see.

Hey you! I am going and it was wonderful talking to you and Lori E, I really miss you guys a lot! We will be together soon, Lori E and I have got your road trip all put together, you will need Monday off as we are going to party Sunday night after the run! Have a nice quiet week.
