Slim Fast still going
I am on day 9 with only 1 bad day, I'll take that! It's easier than I thought, not having to worry about 2 meals a day is kind of nice! Did a family walk last night and will do another tonight. I will try to get Ernie to do a short jog after work today with me also, I need to get more jogging in so it will be with him after work. He seems to love his job which is nice, he always likes his jobs but this one has him smiling at the end of the day! Which is good because I don't see us moving any time in the future, but I never say never! Just kind of like the small town feeling. Although there are a few things we miss, like salsa lessons, well I miss them anyway! I think I will ask the Regional College if it is something they would offer! Maybe get something with some culture going here! Will run have to work today! See ya.

Wow no comments for a couple of day's then 2 at once!!
The Uk are an hour behind Italy at the moment but our clocks go back an hour at the end of the month.
Keep it going, good luck this weekend and if you see Karen wish happy birthday from us, it's not that bad being 50!!
Karen is gone away for her b'day, we will be celebrating it on the
11th, I will be sure to get a picture of her with the hat!
