Personal Trainer

Megan had a personal trainer when she moved here and kept all the routins, so we have been following them, wow today I feel it. I don't usually feel it when we are doing the workout, so Meg had me use heavier weights, but still I was just feeling it....well I am stiff today! Not as bad as I've been in the past but stiff none the less. Will have to push through today and woman-up!

Plenty of warm baths will do the trick!!

Don't forget to warm the muscles before you start beating yourself up, you don't want to tear anything now!!
