the week of Jan 5, 2009
Well this is the week the "actual" training starts, with a trainer! Of course since I moved my trainer will be online, but let me tell you he is already cracking the whip. He has emailed about 5 times already just to get me ready. I really hope it warms up a bit it is -35 right now. I have a treadmill, borrowed to us by friends, but it would be nice to get outside and train in the fresh air, but not the frozen air!

I have just re-joined lighterlife and will start at the end of this month.
I still have a posh do to go to next week so there is no point in starting dieting until after that, so Mrs I have just had to go and get and outfit like the cream one I send a picture of the other year but this time is in black and camel and obviously a bigger size.
So get your skates on and you will be able to have it when you come over here.

Your on but I don't think I can lose that much weight in that short of time, but I will tone! How is Simone taking it? I will email and call her next week, Lori and family are down this weekend so will be busy with them but will call her! I emailed an invite for her and the kids to come visit in Feb, there is a holiday for about a week then. I told her to get her drivers if she doesn't already have it! She comes from strong women, so I know she will make it!
What do you mean you wont lose in that time, we both have the same amount of time, I know what I am about to do is a drastic measure but have every faith in you dropping the weight!!

No Simone hasn't got a driving license yet.
You are a lot smaller than I am, I mean I can't lose enough weight to fit your cloths yet! I will lose though, we are doing really well with the training, considering it has been really cold here! Lori's hubby has been here since Nov! They were both down to visit with the kiddies. How long would it take Simone to get her drivers? She should get it with her condition, it would give her a lot more freedom.
